Dr. Bhagavatheeshwaran is an MRI physicist whose main research focuses on techniques to improve the sensitivity and specificity of MRI in detecting changes in the neuronal microenvironment in neuroinflammatory diseases. He supervises the imaging of CNS samples sent to NINDS.
